 As an Account Executive (Inside Sales) on the Sales team, you are responsible for generating new business and understanding the  specific challenges that both prospects and customers face. You  will work closely with internal teams to help influence product roadmap based on market/customer requirements. You will report directly to the VP of Sales and this is an opportunity to be a founding member of the sales team.

 

What you'll be actually doing? 

  • Close significant sales across multiple accounts and assigned territory
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota for region
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline of 3X quarterly quota
  • Manage complete sales process from prospecting to close, develop. strategies to build pipeline, qualify and close leads, plus grow existing customers
  • Participate in company marketing events and tradeshows
  • Provide consistent, timely and accurate updates of Bitrise CRM (SFDC)
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices
  • Serve as team-lead with sales engineer
  • Ability to function as a team player with little tactical supervision
  • Work with other members of customer facing team and the Bitrise Organization to ensure overall team success

Requirements

  •  2-4 years of SaaS and or technology sales experience
  • Experience & selling to engineering leadership (CTO, VP of Eng., etc.)
  • Proven successful track record with annual quotas for the past 2 years

  • Strong prospecting, qualifying, and managing skills
  • Comfortable in making new sales calls or e-mails to develop leads for pipeline

  • Excellent communication, proven presentation/demonstration and customer service skills
  • Strong prospecting account management and closing skills
  • Fluency in English is a must!
  • High energy level and a desire to achieve

Desired skills and experience: 

  • Knowledge and experience in Mobile development tools and CI/CD solutions a plus

  • BA/BS degree in relevant field
