Bitrise wants to hire YOU to get some help to reach the stars from Budapest, Hungary. We are a software development company, our product is a CI/CD platform for mobile app developers and has more than 50k users from all around the globe. We have a unique product, so there are plenty of really exciting recruitment projects here and we grow dynamically.


You will:

- do end-to-end recruitment processes to hire the best possible IT professionals to join us

- support other businesses (growth-, support-, sales-, finance-, HR teams) as well

- do the screenings and interviews, creating profiles (focusing on the soft skills and culture fitness) 

- keep contact with the candidates and our hiring managers - in English and in Hungarian

- use LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, Facebook and other platforms to search for the exceptional talents

- administering the projects in our cool ATS - Recruitee (create candidate profiles)

- participate in branding- and other cross-functional projects 

- mentor junior colleagues / interns

- help continuously improving the candidate experience   

- be the online and offline face of our cool company

Requirements

What we need from you:

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (preferable in IT) 

- fluent English

- open mind and willingness to learn

- ability to challenge the status quo, bring your ideas into the company

- take the ownership and the responsibilities 

- kind personality

- must love dogs
