You will accelerate our paid user acquisition efforts as we work to amplify the organic growth that has gotten us to where we are today. As a full-stack marketer with experience in - and understanding of - paid user acquisition, you're the right person to help scale up our efforts and make a sizeable impact on our growth story.

You'll use a wide range of paid User Acquisition channels like search, display and social, combined with on-point targeting and effective landing pages. Everything to ensure that every single mobile developer in the world comes to know, experience and love building on Bitrise.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Grow and optimize our paid acquisition channels, including paid search, display and social;

  • Request, test and iterate new creatives to reach developers across all paid channels;

  • Build, run and optimize landingpages for specific markets and usecases together with internal and external domain experts (no coding or design skills are required);

  • Be creative, experimental and have fun doing it.


Your background:

  • Over your career, you've profitably invested over 100K$ in paid user acquisition through social, search and/or display;

  • You have demonstrable experience in running A/B or multivariable tests to improve conversion of a user acquisition process;

  • Your written English is flawless, both in spelling as well as in grammar.

(Big) pluses for:

  • Experience working with (ideally, marketing to) developers;

  • Experience with complex, multi-channel funnels;

  • Experience with bottom-up enterprise sales and account-based marketing.
