Sales Support Specialist (US)

Job description

As a Sales Support Specialist you'll be an essential building block of the sales team at Bitrise, responsible for speeding up the buying processes with companies large and small across the globe. This is an international, customer-facing role, meaning confident English both in written and oral form is crucial to your success in this position.

What you will be doing:

  • Coordinating the vendor registration and IT Security assessment process for new customers

  • Liaising between the Customer, external Legal teams and the internal Sales team for contracting

  • Gathering and communicating customer needs across the company, thus helping steer the company in the right direction

  • Keeping an eye on competitors and providing the teams with up to date analyses

  • Continuously maintaining the CRM system so the sales team has up to date information to work with


What you should bring to the table:

  • Fluent English knowledge, both written and oral

  • Good coordination and administrative skills

  • A friendly, customer-centric attitude

You can stand out by:

  • Speaking a third, international language

  • Having previous experience in a Customer/Sales Support role

  • Having previous experience in handling Legal and/or IT Security-related tasks
