Here's a job that's going to take all those stellar sales chops of yours and - most of the time - you won't actually need them. We don't need you to sell Bitrise. It sells itself. Bitrise is already being used by some of the biggest, well-known and most interesting companies in the world.


So what exactly is the job?

Your job is to talk to Fortune Global 500 companies and mobile unicorns 🦄, digital agencies and exciting new startups, all with the mission to make their mobile developer's lives easier. You're helping them out, while at the same time contributing to our revenue goals by increasing account value for existing users and closing new deals that are to complex to be fully handled by the customers themselves.


Additionally, as Bitrise usage within a company increases, non-developers play a bigger role in the decision making process. Convincing this particular audience isn't so much about the technology, as it is about the business benefits of using Bitrise (plus a healthy dose of tech-envy after seeing the amazing companies that already use us). This means you don't need to know the exact ins-and-outs of mobile app development, but you do need some 'feel' for technology and software development in particular and you should be able to sell the idea of Bitrise to these non-developers.


Plus, get deals signed.  You should definitely get us signed deals.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Responding to incoming customer inquiries

  • Building and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships

  • Proactively reaching out to new customers within the target group

  • Matching customer requirements to Bitrise offerings over technical sales calls

  • Preparing quotes and detailed offerings based on customer demand

  • Building and nurturing long-lasting customer relationships

  • Proactively keep your technical and industry knowledge up to date

Requirements

Your background:

  • Your English is flawless, both spoken as well as in writing;

  • You have a proven track record in sales and/or account management in a technical product field;

  • You demonstrate a strong ability to translate technical concepts into actual business benefits for specific customer profiles;

  • Your English is flawless.

(Big) pluses for:

  • Experience working with (or selling to) developers;

  • Affinity with mobile app development.
