What you will be actually doing?

  • Communicate with clients from around the world within our business hours and help them solve issues that arise during the build process
  • Analyze build logs to determine root cause and guide users through to resolution
  • Escalate high complexity issues or system issues to our development team
  • Sync with the Support team
  • Helping users with build related issues that requires deeper understanding of users’ workflows
  • Providing guidance to users on possible workflow implementations based on their requirements
  • Providing guidance on optimisation
  • Can suggest code changes that would help resolve a given issue with the users’ builds

Requirements

We’d love to hear from you, if you have:

  • Experience in code signing methods for both iOS & Android and can troubleshoot common issues with code signing configurations
  • Couple of years experience in technical customer support at a technology company
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (eg.: Bash and/or Python, Go) to be able to debug scripts
  • Flawless written English
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical issues
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Experience with third party tools that’s commonly used (eg.: selenium, fastlane match, etc.)
  • Overview of our API (eg.: endpoints) and its documentation
  • High level overview of mobile tools and processes (code signing, compiling binary, automated tests)

Big plus if you have experience in:

  • Test automation engineer role
  • Log analysis role
  • Managing and maintaining build environment
  • Experience working in cross functional teams
